Butter Chicken

2 chicken breasts, cubed, cooked

200 ml yoghurt

2 tbsp. butter

1 small onion, minced

2 large tomatoes, chopped

1 can tomato paste

200 ml half and half cream

2 tbsp. Cranky Jimmy's Butter Chicken Mix

​

Marinate chicken in yoghurt minimum 1 hour. Fry in pan or cook to preferred method. Set aside.

In a pot, melt the butter, add the onion and saute for 3 mins. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 3 mins. Add the tomato paste and Butter Chicken Mix. Mix well and simmer for 5 mins. or until oil appears on the top of the mixture. Add the cream, mix well, simmer 2 mins and add the chicken. Cook until done. Serve with rice or naan bread.
