1.5 handfuls of baby red potatoes...
1 lb sirloin beef chunks
1 lb pork loin chunks
6 cloves of garlic, minced
2+ tsp Cranky Jimmy's Medium
dolop of butter - melted

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Cut larger potatoes in half. Mix in butter. Mix in beef and pork. Sprinkle generously with Cranky Jimmy's Medium.
Cover with tin foil.

Bake for 20 minutes. Uncover, bake another 7 minutes.

Broil to brown if necessary. Try it with Cajun!
